30-day returns
You may return your order by mail within 30 calendar days after delivery. Please call +1 718-438-3463 to arrange your return and send it back within this window.
Ordinary returns must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as received, with original tags attached. Damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods are handled separately; contact us so we can resolve the issue.
Return shipping and address
For an ordinary return, you purchase the shipping label and pay the return postage. For defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we cover the necessary return postage. We do not charge a restocking or return processing fee.
Mail arranged returns to Finds & Co., 1543 54th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11219, United States. We do not accept in-store returns of online orders.
Refunds and exchanges
After receiving and checking an eligible return, we initiate a refund to the original payment method within 14 calendar days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. We do not charge an additional refund fee.
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an eligible item under this policy and place a separate order for the style or size you want.
